Company Policies & Conditions of use

Bestcrystals.com is the website for the Retail Division of Pisces Trading Company, LLC.

Orders are taken through our website cart system or by phone only, and the only form of payment accepted is credit and debit cards.

USA only: We only accept orders and ship within the US.

Liability Disclaimer:

Pisces Trading Company LLC assumes no liability for property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of any product sold.

Customers should use caution with candle holders. Candles should never be left unattended, and should never be placed near curtains, fabric, paper, or any object that could catch on fire.

Customers should be advised that crystals and stones are not recommended for children under the age of 5, and that crystals and stones should only be used by children under adult supervision. Crystals and stones can have sharp edges. Small crystals and stones should never be left near toddlers and babies; small stones, especially tumbled stones, have an appearance similar to candy - choking hazard.

Customers should do their own research and due diligence regarding minerals. Some minerals can contain lead and other elements that can be hazardous, especially to young children. Some minerals may require hand washing after handling, and some minerals should never be touched with the mouth or put into water that is to be consumed.

Return Policy:

Merchandise may be returned for credit, exchange, or refund, upon notification of Pisces Trading Company no later than 7 days after receipt of order. All physical merchandise may be returned, except for the following items which are non-returnable: discount items (any stock number begining with “#DISC-”) and any product purchased through special order.

All refunds will be for the amount of merchandise only. Shipping costs are not refunded. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, and in original condition. All product sold by weight will be verified. Notify the Retail Department of return at shipping (at) bestcrystals .com.

Shipping Policies:

We usually ship through the USPS; large specimens such as geodes may be sent through UPS Ground. PO boxes or other USPS-only addresses are OK to use, but because of differences in carrier pricing (USPS is very expensive above ~25lbs) we may request an additional shipping fee or an alternate address.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide us is secure. We assume no liability for anything that happens to your package after it is delivered by the carrier.

We are able to ship to package forwarders and exporters; however, once the package has been handed off to the forwarder we no longer assume liability over the shipment. This means we won’t be able to offer a refund for damaged or lost merchandise. We recommend leaving a note telling us you’re using a forwarder so we can use stronger packaging (cardboard box w/ packing peanuts instead of a bubble mailer).

If any product you receive is damaged in transit, please email us at shipping (at) bestcrystals (dot) com with photos of the damaged merchandise.

Receipt of Goods:

Pisces Trading Company assumes no liability for shipments. We maintain copies of all forms on file as proof of shipment. The customer assumes all risks involved in receipt of order. We recommend you always use a secure location as a shipping address. We cannot refund if your package is stolen once delivered.

note: Sphere stands and display stands are not included with product unless specified in the product description. Stands are sold separately.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards may be purchased on our Gift Card page. After ordering one you will receive a code via email - we recommend writing or printing the code and receipt for your records.

All Gift cards purchased from Bestcrystals.com will expire after 10 years from the date of purchase. Gift cards may only be returned if they are unspent (the gift card must have not been used as a method of payment on Bestcrystals.com) and no more than 7 days have passed since the date the gift card was activated (when you receive the gift card through email).
